Hainan Jiahua Ocean Product and Biopharmacy(Group) Co. Ltd. is a Canadian
owned, Sino-Canada-Japan joint venture. The Company has focused its efforts
on the development of fishing resources in the South China Sea as well as
research on ocean biologic engineering, including, ocean fishing, aquatic
products farming and the R/D, production sales of health products,
traditional pharmacy and genetic pharmacy. The company has established an
ocean fishing company, an aquatic products processing plant, Hainan Jiahua
Marine Bio-product Co. Ltd and Hainan Jiahua Ocean Product and Biopharmacy
Marketing Co. Ltd in P.R. China. The company fishes in and cooperates with
other countries such as Solomon Islands, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea and
other countries in the region. Big overseas cold storages and aquatic
processing bases have been set up as well. Offices of joint venture have
been established in those countries in order to jointly develop ocean
fishing resources and expand production.

The Company's Head Office is located in Haikou, Hainan Province, P.R.
China. The fishery operation facilities are based at Qinglan port, Wenchang
City, Hainan Province while the bio-products base is on Wenqing Ave of
Wenchang City. The facilities of fishery and bio-products in total occupy
80 mu (53,360 m2) with a construction area of 20,000 m2. 370 million RMB
has been invested. The two bases have a state-of-the-art ocean fishing
fleet of four ocean fishing vessels, a modern marine products processing
plant with a processing capacity of 200 tons/day, an up-to-date marine
bio-products factory, administration offices and living facilities at the
base. The main aquatic products consist of iced fresh deep-sea fish, frozen
fish, fish filets, processed shrimp (headless and butterfly styles) etc.

The Company extracts raw materials from seals imported from Canada and
sharks caught by the fishing fleet of the Group. The latest scientific
methods are used in the production of the following products:
Jiahua Shark Cartilage Capsule,
Jiahua Shark Liver Oil,
Jiahua Shark Liver (soft gel),
Jiahua Seal Oil (soft gel),
Jiahua Runlizi Tablet(Beauty and Youth tablet),
